Matt Montavon is in his second year in the sports information department at Centre College.

A graduate of Shawnee State University in sport management, Montavon previously worked in sports information at his alma mater, where he was also a four-year letterman on the cross country team.

Montavon also previously spent five years as a sports writer and sports editor at the Ledger Independent in Maysville, Ky. where he covered local high school sports as well as regional college and professional sports.
